How to Draw a Turkey

This Thanksgiving why not practice your creativity by drawing a turkey! And not just any turkey, this cute cartoon guy wearing a pilgrim’s hat. He’s so cute you might not want to cook a turkey this year! This lesson is good for artists of all ages. You can work at your own pace and pause the video as you need. It is okay if your picture looks different from mine! Have fun and be creative with the background adding your own ideas and colors!
Enjoy the lesson at the end on good coloring by applying shading! Try and use more than one color to create fun shading and smooth pictures! The shading tutorial will guide you through light, medium and darker tones, creating pictures that pop off the page!

You can use any art supplies you find around the house or try colored pencils or dual tip markers to create bright, colorful pictures!
