Mindful Makers Art Camp 🎨

Mindful Makers Camp – A week of creativity, calm, and connection! This camp is all about exploring art as a way to express feelings, regulate emotions, and connect with yourself and others. Kids will dive into playful, expressive projects — throwing paint like Kandinsky, experimenting with doodles using hands and tools, and exploring sensory mediums designed to bring calm and focus. Through fun, hands-on activities, children will build emotional vocabulary, practice mindfulness, and discover how creativity helps them understand and express themselves — no perfection required, just imagination and exploration….and probably some old clothes (it’ll get messy)!
