How to Draw a Colorful, Cartoon Cupcake

Hi friends! Thanks so much for drawing with me today! This lesson is good for kids 5 years and up. It’s so great that you’re practicing your creativity!

As you learn to draw, remember that everything is broken down into basic shapes. We will begin all our drawings that way to make it easy. Even the frosting on this cupcake starts with a simple swirl of a line. Lots of graphics and pictures throughout make it fun and easy to follow. Get ready to add some colorful sprinkles to your day and grab some colored pencils or markers. You can work at your own pace and pause the video as you need. It is okay if your picture looks different from mine! Have fun and be creative with the background adding your own ideas and colors!
